We migrated our subscriptions to Yotpo and it has been great. We're now in the process of migrating our emails and their support have been so helpful! PL has been very helpful during the migration process. Highly recommend this app!

Great app, very easy to use after having issues on previous email marketing apps. We love that we are charged by what we actually send out, rather than a flat monthly fee, so that on slower months with less marketing, we are spending less. When we did run into a technical issue, Joann was very helpful and knowledgeable about what happened and made sure to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for resolution.

I had the help of PL, and it was amazing. I could tell I was speaking with a human and they were SO patient working with me and explaining things to me... one of the first times I have actually received help from an online support chat!!

Tech Support is the worst and after 4 weeks they have never fixed the simple issue as to why I cannot see conversion details. They NEVER accessed the Shopify Store after requesting access, and I could not segment, and had no analytics data. SMS marketing accounts for roughly one-third of our monthly sales. Being forced to “blindly” send marketing messages without conversion data or the ability to segment has significantly impacted our business. This situation was far more than an inconvenience—it directly affected our potential revenue. To continue with Yotpo would only result in further harm to my business, so I’ve made the decision not to renew or continue with their services.
