Quin is helpful and patient. Fast response when helping me set up our account. We have 3 sub-accounts ready now! That saved me a lot of time. Great server. Quin is professional! Highly recommended! Good company. good team! Keep on going! Will use them again.

L'équipe est très réactive ! Dès que vous avez une question, ils vous répondent sous 5 minutes et cherchent toujours à trouver une solution. Une mention spéciale à John B qui m'a prise en charge à plusieurs reprises. Il y a tout de même quelques beugs parfois sur la plateforme mais ils travaillent activement dessus.

Rock was very helpful and patient in navigating me towards the verification process of both the TFN verification and the TOS/Privacy Policy verification for my website. Without a doubt, this is the best support system I've interacted and I'll refer anyone towards this app when needed!

We migrated our subscriptions to Yotpo and it has been great. We're now in the process of migrating our emails and their support have been so helpful! PL has been very helpful during the migration process. Highly recommend this app!

Great app, very easy to use after having issues on previous email marketing apps. We love that we are charged by what we actually send out, rather than a flat monthly fee, so that on slower months with less marketing, we are spending less. When we did run into a technical issue, Joann was very helpful and knowledgeable about what happened and made sure to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for resolution.

I had the help of PL, and it was amazing. I could tell I was speaking with a human and they were SO patient working with me and explaining things to me... one of the first times I have actually received help from an online support chat!!
