Yotpo so far has had great service. The interface is very easy to navigate. I spoke to an agent named Melvin who helped me through the whole verification process and they made it very easy and helped a lot!

I recently received support from Regie, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Regie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns promptly and efficiently. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Highly recommend their support team!

Excellent Customer Service by PL. She helped me fix email and code generation issues for subscribers; it was a long process. She patiently resolved the issue, 10 stars for her.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It looks like they hire people with no experience or knowledge about their product to talk to you. I am not hating, I am just talking about my own experience. No help whatsoever, they don't even care. Why have support if you can't support it?

unfortunately marketing promises more than what the product actually delivers. Onboard and IP warming process is very manual and segmenting are limited. There billing process is fair, the software is fast & responsive, and support (Melvin) was great. With the lack of limited shopify marketing integration and extremely aggressive push towards SMS doesn't look like this platform is the right choice for us.
