This app is poor! They fail to provide valid IPv4 addresses needed for domain validation to send emails. Additionally, their chat support is merely an unhelpful bot that repeatedly says it doesn't understand the question.

Quin knows her stuff! She's extremely familiar with the features and products this application has to offer. I had previously contacted support for the same issue to no avail, however Quin was able to identify the feature I was searching for in less than 5 minutes. Great job!

BE AWARE this company they charge me 199$/m. more than a ONE year while i was on a FREE PLAN. I escalated several times this problem but since now NEVER get answer and REFUND! WATCH OUT, this is PURE SCAM will notify Shopify relevant team !

Honestly, not only is this app amazing, but its staff are EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Whether it's 2pm or 2am, they're always there to assist! Thanks so much John D, Melvin F, Marnie, Rock N and PL for the great help :)
