I love this app! Very easy to use and if you need help with anything the support team responds very quickly and stays connected until your issue is resolved. I worked with Rock today on a issue and it was a pleasure! He worked with until we got it working

Sending SMSs was one of my biggest challenges on my online business, but PL helped me to overcome this challenge, PL "Princes" is so nice and responsive towards the issue that I had and I really appreciated her helping me and also impressed about the results I got so far

I’m still in the set up stage, but John D. Sure came to the rescue when my CSV file was not working properly. I appreciate the quick response as I don’t want my system down for long. Melvin has been very helpful as well. This is one of the more difficult set-ups that I have done in my 11 years on Shopify. You will need support to help you. I’m looking forward to getting this system up and running. It looks to be far superior to anything else offered. Thank you John and Melvin.
