Used to love when it was SMS bump now trying to integrate with our new store and can't make an account - keeps saying unauthorized access AND zero way to contact anyone via email ?? I don't want to set up a call. I just want to create an account.

Switching to yotpo has successfully replaced klayvio, attentive, loyalty lion and several expensive custom integrations, radically simplifying my marketing team and operations. Their live support has also world class and has been available 24/7 during my team onboarding process, going above and beyond for us even without an enterprise license or SLA. I was having trouble with sending e-mails when I got help from an assistant named John D. who told me step-by-step what I needed to do to verify my account and be able to send e-mails. He was kind and helpful and I'm grateful for this. Recommend a 100% !
