I am new to this ap, and have a lot to learn still. Customer Support is very patient and helpful! I have definitely seen increase in sales, with even my limited understanding of marketing and SMS/Email. I am sure it will only get better as I learn more. Joann C at support was a big help to me!

So many features available to use as I start to scale and consolidate much of my marketing. I really value centralizing data as it makes understandin holistic performance easier to visualize. PL was super helpful in getting me validated and on the right track to reaching my customers.

So far so good. The campaign interface is easy to navigate and customer service is great. Getting validated for SMS messaging took close to no time, and both Melvin and Joann was wonderful in helping me.

MELVIN IS AMAZING, very responsive, very quick, loved him overall. and the app itself is so easy to digest everything is set out accordingly
