I started off on the free plan, at some point it got changed (not by me) to the "starter plan" of $19/month. All this is billed through Shopify so I didn't see the charges until months later. Other charges were done that I was not aware of. When asked what for they kept telling me they will reach out to the billing department and get back to me. They don't have these charges within my account to see what for. It is ridiculous. I get the charges for reloading my account for the SMS which is $20 each time, but all the other charges don't make sense and so hard to get a hold of someone.

I love this App 100%. From a prompt response from the representative (Joann), my verification was done in less than 5 minutes to easy navigation and integration. I absolutely love the service, and the dashboards are also friendly to use. I will definitely recommend Yotpo

Lovely support. Very receptive to suggestions and even idiot mistakes you make while setting up flows. Melvin helped me out on a chat on some edge case scenarios, and its been nothing but lovely - they're receptive to suggestions. Would recommend yotpo 10/10

We've used Yotpo for a few years now and our experience has been great. Recently we contacted their customer service for assistance with a question, within minutes I was speaking on live chat with Marnie who was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue much faster than I was expecting. Highly recommended!

just had a great chat with marnie from Yotpo what has taken all week with the domain provider and a day with shopify is now all done, it took about 10 mins to sort out Cnames etc thanks
