First, time using this app! I received my first customer chat. I was excited and anxious. When sending a response message it fails to send and an error message to contact support appears.. Yall know my stomach was now in my butt... Because what!! Being connected to support was easy and Quin resolved this issue super fast. Thank you Quin for all of your support. Now, I'm off to send my first campaign. Wish me luck !!

Quin was really helpful in setting up and helping me verify the account. It is an easy process and the service was really good. I would recommend using the app for sure!

I would recommend this app because it does the pre-game work for you and it's a wonderful tool for any business to get ahead. I worked with a rep, John D, and he was able to help me by answering my questions and providing with information needed to assist in resolving my technical issues. Now I am email to send my customize emails to my customers without hassle. Thank you John D!! Lakisha
