Have been helped by both Ronel and Lemuel lately and both were a great help with answering questions we had on Chat. The Yotpo Reviews App has proven to be perfect for our store needs!

I've been using Yotpo reviews for about a year and it's an excellent app. The UX and ease of use are great and the online chat support is live even on a bank holiday weekend (Allen was very helpful - thanks again!). I especially love the free plan for small businesses to get started

Yotpo app is a must have app if you want to increase you sales and improve your brand image. It will enable review and Q&A function which is very essential to an online website. Special thanks to Warly for making our website even better, as he assisted me in all my needs and requirements for customizing our website.

We've been using Yotpo for a couple months now and have been extremely satisfied with the value they bring. I had to contact their support team for a minor technical difficulty and I received quick and knowledgeable assistance from Kenneth M. The app is not very customizable, slow, and requires HTML and coding experience to integrate in any sort of robust way. Also, the 'Immediate Update' feature, which is describe as a developer mode where you can experiment rapidly with different features of the widget, actually take 8-24 hours to update. This resulted in my customers not being able to leave a review for a day.. right after I sent out review request to all of my customers. The customer service representative who helped me solve the above described catastrophe was at least knowledgeable and helpful though. 5 Stars to Ronel for that. 2 stars to the app.

Great app! Integrates seamlessly and is perfect for displaying review and building trust with future customers! Also, their customer service is lightning fast and super friendly. I want to thank Lemuel for all their help with integration and troubleshooting :)
