Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Love the app and automation features, and the easy integration with Shopify. Allen did a great job helping me on chat and was very quick and helpful.

UPDATE: After leaving a bad review, they eventually fixed my issue. Still not sure if I can give it 5 stars yet. It is pricier than another review app that I've used on a different site, and I'm not sure which delivers better value, but this app has caused some frustrations, and their tech support was unable to help until I left a bad review. I've used this app for 9 months now I think. My biggest issue is that it's fairly expensive for basic features and the customer support or technical support is terrible. There have been some persistent issues regarding shopify 2.0 upgrades. Specifically there's a responsiveness issue that they just won't acknowledge, and so it's not getting fixed. I've seen others with the same problem. I would highly recommend looking at other review apps, comparing prices, and assume that this one is just not performing well recently.

I originally installed Shopify Reviews and then later added Yotpo. I was trying to combine reviews so I could turn off the Shopify app. Rayne from support was one of the top 3 support people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Absolutely top notch support. Didn't waste any time and got everything working perfectly in minutes including helping me replace the Star Rating widgets to display in my store.

Very helpful support team. I wanted to show product reviews on my collection page and didn't know how to do it but the yotpo support team helped me with it.

I've been using this app for some time, but tonight i needed to check some conversion tracking codes and activate another item, and i was having difficulties - jumped onto online chat and Keith was there on my online chat response and within 15 minutes, the whole thing was sorted out and done! THANK YOU KEITH! Now that's fast service!!! 5 stars from me - great service Yotpo!!! Good job!!!

Great app - easy to navigate. The collection of reviews seems to have a good conversion. The support is fast and fantastic helpful.
