I've been using this app for some time, but tonight i needed to check some conversion tracking codes and activate another item, and i was having difficulties - jumped onto online chat and Keith was there on my online chat response and within 15 minutes, the whole thing was sorted out and done! THANK YOU KEITH! Now that's fast service!!! 5 stars from me - great service Yotpo!!! Good job!!!

Was switching our review platform from Judge.me to Yotpo and was having a few issues (user error on my end) with transferring reviews. Djan helped me out and was so awesome at guiding me to correct what i did wrong. Got set up and next, i'm setting up subscriptions! Thank you for your amazing customer service! :)

I haven't started using this app yet, but their customer service is super helpful! Ronel R was able to help answer all my questions and get the widget installed on my website. I will have to hire a developer to help make the reviews look really custom, but so far so good.

Have been using Yopto for a few years and very happy with the app and great support too. I had a bit of difficulty when changing shopify themes, but this was all sorted out for me within minutes, so couldn't ask for better service really.

Amazon app, we had very few problem using this to collect reviews, even there is a some customization that we wish to do, the customer server is already a great help.
