Vien Saints has been amazing!! I needed assistance again and was helped by Vien , such amazing Serivce, so patient with me and walked me through my issue step by step until resolved. I dealt with HAPPY S. and they were amazing and friendly in assisting me find and fix my issues : ) I have also dealt with Warly S, who was also AMAZING and helped fix my issue with ease.

Thank you Radly E for your help and fixing the issue. I had an issue with the location of reviews and a review page and it looks better. *can't leave a new review* Thank you Rhenant T for your help and fixing the issue. I had an issue with the star reviews on the product page in the correct position. Thank you Doner P - you answered all questions and solved the problem I needed help with. Although the automated system gave me the instructions, you still went out of way to to assist me by moving all my reviews from the current listings to the new ones. Its a shame that I cannot leave a new review. I love this app and never have an issue with using it. 08/07/2023 Thank you Arven S. - for creating the review page, I was stuck with making the page live.

UPDATE: After leaving a bad review, they eventually fixed my issue. Still not sure if I can give it 5 stars yet. It is pricier than another review app that I've used on a different site, and I'm not sure which delivers better value, but this app has caused some frustrations, and their tech support was unable to help until I left a bad review. I've used this app for 9 months now I think. My biggest issue is that it's fairly expensive for basic features and the customer support or technical support is terrible. There have been some persistent issues regarding shopify 2.0 upgrades. Specifically there's a responsiveness issue that they just won't acknowledge, and so it's not getting fixed. I've seen others with the same problem. I would highly recommend looking at other review apps, comparing prices, and assume that this one is just not performing well recently.

I originally installed Shopify Reviews and then later added Yotpo. I was trying to combine reviews so I could turn off the Shopify app. Rayne from support was one of the top 3 support people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Absolutely top notch support. Didn't waste any time and got everything working perfectly in minutes including helping me replace the Star Rating widgets to display in my store.
