I only wanted a loyalty and rewards program, instead, yotpo asked me to install a whole bunch of other apps. Tried booking a demo with them and other than the automated reply email, the scheduled demo got canceled without any explanation and no reschedule was offered. (schedule link was being closed). So I went and booked a demo for the second through their site and my booking was notified by one of their team member 10 minutes before the call telling me their office is not opened on that day. (Then why did you confirm the booking in the first place? and perhaps you could of informed me earlier? I could have had other arrangements but rather my time slot was wasted because of the last-minute notice/no-show.) Possibly one of the worst customer services experienced from any app on Shopify or any other criteria. Think twice if you're thinking about going for them.

Yotpo absolutely the best in the reviews game. Don't waste your time with any other app. Also, Radly E was super helpful in the chat. Helped us make some setting changes quickly and even provided us the information about how it was done so we can do it ourselves in the future.

Very useful and simple app. I am using it for almost a year and for now I am satisfied with it. The support team is amazing, I always get the answer and the solution really fast. Recently I had an issue with sorting the reviews on my website and Orly was really patient and helpful. I recommend Yotpo

Le SAV phénoménal suivi par Donald Suite à la migration de mon Woocommerce vers Shopify, j'ai eu quelques soucis pour ré-implanter mes anciennes reviews sur le nouveau eshop. Donald a été top Patience, précision dans les conseils apportés, prise en main du souci et de sa solution, réactivité... Tout a été parfait. Un immense merci pour ça !

Always a great experience with this app. The customer service is fantastic. Kenneth John M was extremely helpful and efficient with helping solve my problem. Kenneth has helped me multiple times now and his customer service remains first class.
