I have been using the FREE version for many years but recently upgraded as my stores begin to pick up more sales volume. This is the best review app, period. Nothing else comes close. Got great service from Jeorge K. as well when I needed help with installation. Thanks Yotpo!

We didn't want to show our customers names on the reviews. Happy the customer support from Yotpo helped us with the problem so quickly. Thank you. We are still new to the app, don't get used to it but great app so far.

I am so grateful for Happy's support this evening. After trying (unsuccessfully) to get my Reviews to load a quick text chat and clear guidance from Happy made for a winning combination. To say I was impressed with the Chat Support is an understatement. It was FANTASTIC -- Sunny was amazing -- I would highly recommend!

Yopto is perfect app for our Shopify website and very easy to use. Also customer service is very fast and responsive. Customer service agent Howell was very helpful and explained my issue in detail.
