So far the support was pretty good. I had some issues where the widget was not showing on the product page but tnx to Lemuel it's working now. Also cool that you can customize the widget with ur brand color.

Had some questions about the setup. James Edmar C was the guy and quickly fixed the problem within 20 seconds. Very good app and even better support!

We know for a fact that our customers use the reviews to determine whether or not they are going to buy from us. Love it! Customer service is phenomenal also. They even helped implement some code on our theme.

Great app for reviews. Love that it's free for the basic plan too (which includes a lot of features!) Support are also fantastic - Donald really helped me to solve an issue I was having!

Excellent customer support, very prompt and accurate and helpful. Needed to know how to add the logo and the pricing plan and got all the details accurately.

Jeorge was a great help. He walk me through everything and when I got stuck made it easy for me and assist me further by setting up my product review page for my shop. Very patient and I'm glad he help me.

the worst customer service I have ever experienced, if you think you need help do not use this app, on the other hand I could not finish the installation because it was very complicated and when I asked a question I had to wait 24 hours for the answer, they just They know how to send marketing emails and they have been blocked in my emails.
