I was so relieved that the review issue I was having on my site since I changed the theme was easily fixed by James! He was super helpful and took care of my issue in minutes which I thought would take a lot more time.

Rhemy was very helpful with the issues I was having. The yotpo review app can be a little clunky, but Rhemy was able to easily fix the things I needed.

We had a small issue with our star rating popping up twice on our website. I emailed Yotpo support and they helped fix the issue right away. Great customer service :)

We installed the app just for a quick test. We didn't even go past the page where you need to create an account or have finished setting up the app. But it sent automatically 200+ review request emails to our customers without us even knowing it.

This app helps our store always and gives us more chance to reach out new customers than without this app. And also customre service is alwasy great helpful. I started chat and Radly responsed very quickly and solve my problems. What a great support!!!! This app is always first choice app!!!

I was having issues merging the app, but Rhemy not only sent me the appropriate link very quickly, but they also set the whole thing up for me. Saving me lots of time and stress. I am so so so happy! Great customer service!!

The app itself is already amazing, with great integrations. But their customer service is 10/10. I reached out over the chat box for one question, and Reinier D assisted me with installation and other questions!

Very bad onboarding experience. Once they make a presentation, then it is not easy to get help. Our onboarding has never been succeeded yet. Thinking to cancel and get a refund.
