Doner P was a great help in getting set up! All of my questions were answered and I was able to get our systems aligned. Updated 9.20.23: John B was an incredible help and quickly assisted me in making a few customizations and optimizations to my emails. Thanks so much! Updated 6.28.24 Arven was great help!

Great Customer service from Jesus Lorenz in the Yotpo Chat Team. He was extremely patient and thorough and ensured that Yotpo now functioning as it should on our Shopify site.

Yotpo makes it convenient and easy for us to generate social proof on our products! Raney S. helped me work out a problem with our layout and adjusted our widget to work correctly

We installed the app just for a quick test. We didn't even go past the page where you need to create an account or have finished setting up the app. But it sent automatically 200+ review request emails to our customers without us even knowing it.

This app helps our store always and gives us more chance to reach out new customers than without this app. And also customre service is alwasy great helpful. I started chat and Radly responsed very quickly and solve my problems. What a great support!!!! This app is always first choice app!!!

The app itself is already amazing, with great integrations. But their customer service is 10/10. I reached out over the chat box for one question, and Reinier D assisted me with installation and other questions!

Very bad onboarding experience. Once they make a presentation, then it is not easy to get help. Our onboarding has never been succeeded yet. Thinking to cancel and get a refund.
