I need a little help setting up my reviews on my new Shopify site. Ronel R. at customer service helped me fast and correctly. Wonderful help.

The pricing is not transparent from the beginning. I've had the app installed for a couple of years. In that time frame, we've upgraded our plan a couple times from the free plan. We got to the point where I wanted to use their unique coupon code generator. The app says "click here to upgrade". I click there. I upgrade. It still says I need to upgrade. Contacted them. Come to find out that what it told me to upgrade to, does not actually include the feature I was trying to get. Weird then why would it have me "click to upgrade". After much probing and no straight forward answers, they finally proceed to tell me there is a minimum of $8,000 investment annually for the plan that includes a unique coupon generator (it does also include other features in said plan). I am now looking for a better and more affordable alternative for my small business.

I use this app to get customers reviews for my online business. I had an issues today and chatted with Warly. Warly was knowledge and quickly help me fix my issue.

I use this app on our DTC store and love it. The customer service and help as I learn the platform has been really good. I worked with a person named Rhem on a pretty specific issue that required a fair amount of technical assistance and they worked with me on it for a period of several days until we had a solution. Customer service is almost as important as the functioning of the app itself and YotPo has delivered. Reviews are rolling in!

I can totally recommend the App! I was installed quickly without any troubles and since then I collected many reviews. Also the customer service (my contact was Nick S) is great. Never experienced such a good customer service - many thanks!

We're using Yotpo to collect reviews from our customers. It's easy to use and when we have doubts on how to do an specific action we've contacted the Support Team by chat. Howell Keith provided the articles with the steps we needed to follow and was helpful during the process :)

Great customer service. Always reply promptly. I have had a lot of issues with this app sadly, but they always help me. Might be my theme that has been the issue some times. It is one of the best reviews apps as far as I can see. And I have used them for a couples of years now.

Had issue with imported reviews mis-allocated to the wrong product and their customer service was very helpful and quick to fix the issue. Very happy that support was available on a Saturday.
