Its easy to use and you get get very good support from the Yotpo team Would recommend highly as a good way to get customer reviews Arven S was very helpful

Can't get anyone from customer support to respond even once - paid for the higher plan too and hoped the app would be good but feeling very let down

I simply have made it to a place in this business journey where I have decided it would improve a customers and a potential customers experience if I added a review section on my website. We just upgraded our theme and needed Yotpo reviews back on it and Happy was super helpful and fixed it straight away! We then had another thing we needed fixed a few months later and Lemuel fixed it straight away. Great customer service.

Although you cant cancel scheduled review requests yourself, you can contact Yotpo support and have them cancel it for you. I contact Yotpo for support frequently and they've been very helpful. We use this app to collect feedback and reviews from our customer base. It is a user friendly app that also comes with some awesome customer service if need be! I recently spoke with Warly S who helped me resolve some questions I had with ease. I look forward to continue using YOPTO for my business!

Great tool - have just added to my site. Really easy to use. Simoun F was super helpful. Two of my reviews had misleading typos on it and Simoun helped me fix them. I've also asked for some help and team member called James is mega helpful! EDIT update: I did something wrong and it was displaying the wrong widget for one of my products (my fault). The team member Rhenant was fab and fixed it for me really quickly. Thanks!! I've contacted the help support a few times (because I'm not technical at all) and have found them all to be 5* and super helpful. Update:

We love this app. It was easy to install, easy to use, and has been amazingly successful in collecting customer testimonials, and even some with photos attached of our products being used by our customers! The help and service Yotpo provides is fantastic. Sheen, Simoun, and the others are very responsive via chat, and are happy to make all of the changes I needed to my store's code.

Great at gathering feedback and adding trust signals to your site. Helpful for customers to see other user ratings. Yotpo support (Jeorge was last agent) is excellent too if you need them (live chat, or collaborator access). Thanks Yotpo!
