Great tool - have just added to my site. Really easy to use. Simoun F was super helpful. Two of my reviews had misleading typos on it and Simoun helped me fix them. I've also asked for some help and team member called James is mega helpful! EDIT update: I did something wrong and it was displaying the wrong widget for one of my products (my fault). The team member Rhenant was fab and fixed it for me really quickly. Thanks!! I've contacted the help support a few times (because I'm not technical at all) and have found them all to be 5* and super helpful. Update:

We love this app. It was easy to install, easy to use, and has been amazingly successful in collecting customer testimonials, and even some with photos attached of our products being used by our customers! The help and service Yotpo provides is fantastic. Sheen, Simoun, and the others are very responsive via chat, and are happy to make all of the changes I needed to my store's code.

Great at gathering feedback and adding trust signals to your site. Helpful for customers to see other user ratings. Yotpo support (Jeorge was last agent) is excellent too if you need them (live chat, or collaborator access). Thanks Yotpo!

The best customer service! Yotpo helped us with an issue related to reviews not showing on our collection page. Within a few minutes, the representative was able to remedy the issue. I highly recommend Yotpo for your review (and much more) needs. Nick S. was extremely efficient in getting the reviews loaded correctly.

I am loving how Yotpo has evolved to have so many add on components required for my website in one place! Their support is incredible as well. Shout out to Simoun Francis S for helping me with some coding that I was unable to do on my own! Highly recommend.

Support is extremely responsive. I dealt with Simoun Francis, who was knowledgeable, kind, and prompt. A slight hiccup at first was dealt with in moments, versus hours. Exceptional.

I opened my Shopify store in April as one of the many leaving Etsy. Since then I have had many questions and ALL have been thoroughly answered with phenomenal customer service. The entire team follows up each time. The site itself is working well for me, but it's the customer service that really sets this apart.

Great conversion rate booster. Love it. I think anyone who is serious about ecommerce should get it.
