EDIT: The migration process is painful!! It's not as easy as advertised and we regret switching from Judge.me now. And even though we're paying $120 / month, there is Yotpo branding in all widgets and emails. If you're a small business, there are better options. Seems like a pretty good reviews app so far. And the customer service is very good! Would highly recommend.

It's a good and functional app. The review function can be introduced easily. Help was also kind and quick.

$119 a month in order to be able to upload your reviews from an other platform to multiple products. Not just one time charge but monthly. Waste of time and definitely not worth the money.

This is by far the best review app and the customer service was outstanding. I had a problem with a theme not being compatible so the Yotpo team worked really hard and ensured the app would work very well with my theme. The theme developer couldn't get this to work but Yotpo customer service team made it work. I am not a paying customer as I use their free plan so it was really awesome for the team to give me outstanding service. I will surely consider moving towards a paid plan with them as my orders level grow. Lemuel was very helpful and Mary Ann deserves a lot of credit for helping with the theme compatibility. Thank you to both of you. I would strongly recommend Yotpo Reviews over any other reviews platform and this app for Shopify is well made.

Daniel was very helpful. He moved my reviews from an old Yotpo account to the new one. It had been done previously, but failed to load.

he fixed my problem with app embedding I changed my shopify theme recently and couldn't see or add new reviews. He was able to create the widget and solve the issue!! thank you!

Its easy to use and you get get very good support from the Yotpo team Would recommend highly as a good way to get customer reviews Arven S was very helpful

Can't get anyone from customer support to respond even once - paid for the higher plan too and hoped the app would be good but feeling very let down

I simply have made it to a place in this business journey where I have decided it would improve a customers and a potential customers experience if I added a review section on my website. Sheen at Yotpo helped me get it done in a professional and timely manner. I still have a few questions, that I thought of as I’m typing in this review. Anyway, I highly recommend this app.

We just upgraded our theme and needed Yotpo reviews back on it and Happy was super helpful and fixed it straight away! We then had another thing we needed fixed a few months later and Lemuel fixed it straight away. Great customer service.

Although you cant cancel scheduled review requests yourself, you can contact Yotpo support and have them cancel it for you. I contact Yotpo for support frequently and they've been very helpful. Thanks to all the support staff who assist me with my countless inquiries. Specific shoutouts to Radly & Reinier & Allen & Warly & Nick & Daniel P.

We use this app to collect feedback and reviews from our customer base. It is a user friendly app that also comes with some awesome customer service if need be! I recently spoke with Warly S who helped me resolve some questions I had with ease. I look forward to continue using YOPTO for my business!
