Yotpo: Product Reviews App

John G. was really helpful in fixing an issue with reviews now showing up in product groups for me. Overall, a very easy to use app which has resulted in a lot of reviews for us! Recommend!

I can recommend this app, and the Free plan will be sufficient for small businesses. The level of chat support is also very high.

I use Yotpo for customer reviews bc they automatically email once the customer has had time to use my product(s) & they make it easy so that I get more reviews. I recently upgraded so I could add my top 9 reviews in a carousel display on my landing page. The code was easy to create but I wasn't sure where or how to paste it in my Shopify store code without messing something up. I used Yotpo's chat box and a real person was soon chatting with me and offered to paste the code in for me. They made it all simple and easy and now the carousel is up and running and looks awesome.

DO NOT USE THIS APP ON ENTERPRISE. It is a complete heist. The team is incompetent. It's been three months and loyalty and reviews are not live. Their reviews system is literally the worst on the market. They haven't updated it since 2015. Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Use Junip for reviews. It's a fraction of the price and ACTUALLY works.
