Easy to set up and fast customer service. I recently migrated all of reviews and rewards programs over from Stamped.io which was a HORRIBLE experience. It's so refreshing to get a much more robust, visually pleasing app and customer service that is 1000x better.

This app has been great for including social proof in our product pages and on our home page. I'd love to see more functionality for the price, but I understand they've got to make their money too. When I've needed help, the team has been great, most recently Nick S who made a transition so seamless, I didn't even need to do anything.

I have tried other platforms and returned to Yotpo. I love the look and feel of the app for my Shopify store, and the affordability (free option) for small businesses before they begin to scale. Love It and recommend!

Great support, Eunice is very responsive and helpful. Lots of setup to get everything working correctly, but easy to manage once its running.

Just installed the app and already see new positive reviews coming in with a strong open and conversion rate. Have had a number of questions for the chat support and both Lemuel, Daniel P and Nick S. were very helpful in getting me squared away. Now looking to get the Loyalty program set up. So far it's been positive and looking very promising....

Great app and great customer service. It means a lot for our shop to have organic customer reviews and this app delivers. Appreciate there is a customer service chat and Djan was able to help me right away and answer some questions I had. Any questions we have get answered right away and the platform is really easy to navigate.

12/4/2022: Still at a 5-star rating but this time for the superb customer support. I had an issue with importing a valid review and Rhemy R. helped me out! The support was fast and accurate. The app is a bit pricey but worth it for this high-level of support. ------------------ I just downloaded the app but so far so good. I had a question about the product blocklist feature and Nick S. answered my questions, walking me through the steps and even giving me alternative ways to accomplish what I needed. Kudos to the customer service!

Nick helped me a lot, hes an awesome. thank you for the help and i really appreciate it. the app is good Edit: James helped me import my reviews and fixed the mistakes I made. I wouldn't pick another app to manage the reviews on my shop
