Great support from Ronel! Really appreciate an app that has real people providing store support when needed.

The app is not very customizable, slow, and requires HTML and coding experience to integrate in any sort of robust way. Also, the 'Immediate Update' feature, which is describe as a developer mode where you can experiment rapidly with different features of the widget, actually take 8-24 hours to update. This resulted in my customers not being able to leave a review for a day.. right after I sent out review request to all of my customers. The customer service representative who helped me solve the above described catastrophe was at least knowledgeable and helpful though. 5 Stars to Ronel for that. 2 stars to the app.

Great app! Integrates seamlessly and is perfect for displaying review and building trust with future customers! Also, their customer service is lightning fast and super friendly. I want to thank Lemuel for all their help with integration and troubleshooting :)

This app automatically asks customers to leave reviews which is great! I have a store that I delete products as they sell so I wasn't looking for product reviews. Doner P has helped me figure out how to use 'Site reviews' instead of 'Product Reviews'. Would recommend this app for your store.

Excellent app with excellent tech/customer service. Louanne was helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave me great tips while she showed me the ropes. Not to mention that YOTPO has a great software product. It is superb! Thanks YOTPO!

I added this to my store to help send automated emails for product reviews. Eduardo R. Did a great job helping me set everything up and ensure it was working correctly. Any questions I had were answered quickly. This is working great to help get my products viewed.

Really enjoying this app, we have already received so many amazing reviews from our customers and I am able to use them for marketing purposes! Customer service is amazing too, I was helped by Kenneth John and he resolved my issue in a very timely manner, thanks Yotpo!!

So far so good - easy to install and the Support team were able to answer all my questions immediately on live chat. Looking forward to the reviews starting to come in. Update: I have now upgraded to the Growth plan. The app is not always 100% intuitive, however Support is excellent. Nick S really helped me today. Update - I wanted the reviews widget adding to the home page (and deleting from Product page). Allen M was immensely helpful and did the work for me, very quickly.
