At first, our product reviews were not showing due to our current website migration, but Yotpo support team - Doner swiftly helped us to sort it out by correcting the product IDs. You are such a great help, thanks Doner! Update: Got help from Reinier again for fixing the Conversion tracking issue. The support team is great and straightforward!

Customer support is great! Their chat feature is very helpful and has quick response. Ruzsel J helped us with some coding to display our review badge for our website, and we appreciated his quick work to help us.

We have been using Yotpo to collect reviews by email after purchase, and it works. Overall a good app. Good customer support too, most recently from Rein.

Clean and complete app. The installation was a bit hard for me but the support team was there to help. I was looking for such an app for a long time. I got introduced to it by the Shopify support team. Great support. Update: I installed the app as it was getting too expensive for me and there were cheaper options. Surprisingly, you can't uninstall the widgets as easily as you install them. I needed to give back-end permission to the support agent to do it for me.

Can someone please assist? Been a Yotpo-paying customer for years. I logged many email requests for support. Tried to talk to a bot and can't get any support. Please help me or send csv file of reviews to import into another Review app. My app is not opening for days now and only gives a blank screen. Very frustrating not to access my reviews and even more frustrating not to get any help. I tried all available channels for support many times now. Hope to get some help here
