I love this app! I love it so much because, first of all it work. Intergations are easy and the number one reason...customer support! Thank you everyone for your help today importing files.

I reached out to migrate existing review from old website platform, to the new website. Sheen on the support team was easy to work with, very competent and very fast to complete. I highly recommend.

Great product and Support. Kenneth from the support team was amazing! We had a couple errors that he offered to connect and help fix, and now all is good. Definitely recommend!

I had some difficulty getting this app set up for my store but when I reached out for help via their chat bubble Albert V really came through and helped get my review page set up and in the exact location I wanted it to be. His level of service was AMAZING!! 9-8-2022 Happy helped me get the discount code section set up for my customer reviews. I really am happy with the service!

Really great customer support experience with James and Reinier. I was attempting to connect Yotpo with Klaviyo and James was able to understand and identify what I was doing wrong very quickly. Fantastic experience. Reinier helped me import my reviews when their self-service tool was down. very helpful.

RUN AWAY! We tried to make the switch from Judge.me to Yotpo in order to get the Google trusted reviews integration. We have the enterprise version so we had a custom implementation. The implementation took 7 months due to lots of issues on the implementation and account management teams, and it FINALLY went live yesterday - at which point over 10,000 customers were mistakenly sent review requests for extremely old purchases, in some cases orders made 6 months ago. We're now dealing with a flood of confused and annoyed customers. This was after being assured that only customers who ordered in the last ~3 weeks would be emailed. Literally the least professional and biggest waste of time I've ever encountered.

Good app, does what it's meant to do. Free for most of it, but very limited options/design if you're not paying for it's upgraded plan. Customer service is very good though, Yotpo Albert V is very quick & proactive to help solve my problems faced with the app.

The chat option to talk to staff is a great feature. Questions are quickly answered. Sugar L was a great help and was able to answer all of my questions quickly!
