Good help from Eunice P, helped me with different things such as carousel and adjusting sizes of widges. Nice help and good service. Acting fast an making all those things in a backup theme before publsing. 5 stars

While using Yotpo I found myself contacting several times to their customer support team. Their response is top-notch, especially Eunice! Thank you for your effective and fast assistance!

automatically sets to send out emails to your customers. I downloaded the app and then one day later it sent out over 200 emails to my customers without me turning that one or having a chance to edit the email.

The app itself is so-so and too expensive. But I received great customer support from Rehnant who helped me immensely.

I had an issue with the reviews widget and Doner helped me to fix. He accessed my page code, made changes and it work. He was careful enough to make a back up before publishing the change, which is something important and most support teams from other APPs don't do it. Really fast support with online chat. Thanks!

A great way to automate review requests. The customer service agent, Doner, was also a great help when I needed assistance locating items and resolving an upload issue.
