Amazing customer service. I was having a hard time importing my reviews form another app - not only did James help me with that but he also implemented everything. Was so nice!!!

James from Yotpo was super helpful. He made it easy to import my current reviews to the Shopify platform. I have used Yotpo for over 5 years and will continue to do so. Great app A++++++++

So this is my second review and this time it was Sheen who helped me. Again, easy communication and everything is done in super quick time. Awesome work and again would recommend every time. Thanks Sheen. The first time I had to use the support team, I spoke to Kenn who was also awesome. It was easy communication, he understood what I wanted and had it done in a flash. I have been impressed with Yotpo ever since I started using them and was worried that I had bitten off more than I could chew with my latest update but Kenn stepped in to save the day. Well done guys. Thanks.

Great app, the widgets look beautiful and neat. I had a slight hiccup when installing the codes, but their customer support was prompt in helping me out and get it done for me in seconds. Thanks kenn T!

Their support team is on top of any situation and fast with their response. They could offer more options for the free accounts like the look & feel and review highlight etc

Great customer service. The program is affordable and provides the value needed to reassure customers. I would like some better customization in the free option but it's free, so can't complain.

I loved the help that James from yotpo gave me! He had pacience and solved all the issues we were having importing reviews! definitely 5 stars! thank you james :) Also Eunice from yotpo also helped me a lot! everyone is amazing thank you!
