This is a great App to install in your Shopify shop. I use it for the star rating and the review widgets and I'm quite happy with it. The support team is helpful and fast dealing with any issues. Thank you Ronel for the wonderful support!

The app did not integrate with Page Fly as expected, but the customer service I received from Renier was excellent. He helped me fix all my bugs quickly. I'm very pleased. Thank you!

The app is a bit slow, but overall it does the work and has good features. I had an issue with the backend and it was quickly sorted out by Lemuel from Yotpo. Good customer service and fast problem resolution.

The app has its issues, but every time I've run into a problem their customer service has saved me. Like I said, the app runs into a number of problems that can get annoying; however, each time my boss has chewed me out for a review-related issue, they've swooped in and help me out.

Excellent customer service. I've not used the app yet as I'm still in the process of installing it, but I had first class help from their chat assistant. Great start to using a new review app. Thank you!

Simoun was really helpful and helped me resolve the issue with the reviews. App is also easy to use when importing reviews, the downside is that sometimes the reviews take too long to go live and need to contact support to make it go live.
