L'application est très bien : publication d'avis avec personnalisation des couleurs et du texte et relance des clients. Service client au top : sheen m'a installé le module, personnalisé et assuré l'intégration des données de mon prestashop d'avant vers shopify.

I've had different issues and the customer support, in particular Rein, was really keen on solving my issues. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Great and fast support from the Yotpo team. Only issue I have is the app affects the sites page load speed, but overall great app for review collection

Donald helped me quickly fix our yotpo review widgets which broke when I upgraded our shopify themes.

I had some glitch in using the app initially. I reached out for help twice and both times, got great help by the customer service. I am still in trial but will definately upgrade to get even better service.

Yotpo has been such a HUGE help at installing the review widget and star rating widget on my site. Lemuel was so fast and efficient.

Great customer support from John, Kenneth & Albert. I would like to be able to edit review titles manually, but I've only just started using the service after using Kudobuzz before. It would also be nice to be able to import site reviews from other platforms, as currently only product-specific reviews can be imported. Nice intuitive platform for reviews.

Doner P helped me within a few minutes, all perfect! Ask to center aligned the star ratings on product pages.

Kennth was very helpful on solving my issues. Nice app and detailed admin screens. The only issue is that app is pricy, other than that everything is smooth.

Support is very helpful and friendly. Sadly, upgrading the plan was too expensive for us and the design didn't fit well into our shop.
