Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I appreciated having live chat. Eunice helped me install a badge. I was able to get the project done quickly.

Clean and complete app. The installation was a bit hard for me but the support team was there to help. I was looking for such an app for a long time. I got introduced to it by the Shopify support team. Great support. Update: I installed the app as it was getting too expensive for me and there were cheaper options. Surprisingly, you can't uninstall the widgets as easily as you install them. I needed to give back-end permission to the support agent to do it for me.

I ran into an issue with uploading a csv file, and Lemuel was super helpful and quick to find a solution. A+ customer service!

Love this app! Customer support is amazing when you need assistance and I getting reviews has really helped my shop!

I had this app for a while and it worked well. I encountered an issue due to my mistake on changing the setting, and Doner from the support team was great at helping me with the issue. The issue was dealt with as soon as I raised it, and I couldn't be happier! Had another issue recently, and Radly from the support team dealt with it straight away. The support for this app is top notch!
