Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Eduardo R was very helpful indeed and managed to resolve my issue! Although I do think there should be the ability to change the email address on the account without having to contact customer service!

I haven't installed app yet because i am using another currently but so far the interface looks polished, the features are rich and support is awesome! Ronel R helped me out greatly. he listened carefully to my request, understood the issue and directed me to the solution. he was very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to a great experience. I will update this review once i get things up and running. we'll its up and running and so far i am very impressed. I am impressed by both the app and the support. Each and everytime I reach our for support they are right there. Happy S recently helped me out and he/she was awesome. thanks! 5/9/22 - as always, YotPo support is awesome. Ronel R did a great job helping walk me through setting up the app, and everything looks great. The ability to have much more rich and aesthetically pleasing reviews vs Shopify reviews is a great feature for Yotpo.

They're tech and customer service team is really great! I had some questions and they quickly and professionally came into our site and handled what was needed.

There are functionnalities that I wish we could have directly on the plateform, but the support team can do a lot on their end so don't hesitate to ask for help. Kenneth was a great help with me, I would recommand.

Donald helped me quickly fix our yotpo review widgets which broke when I upgraded our shopify themes.

I had some glitch in using the app initially. I reached out for help twice and both times, got great help by the customer service. I am still in trial but will definately upgrade to get even better service.

Yotpo has been such a HUGE help at installing the review widget and star rating widget on my site. Lemuel was so fast and efficient.

Great customer support from John, Kenneth & Albert. I would like to be able to edit review titles manually, but I've only just started using the service after using Kudobuzz before. It would also be nice to be able to import site reviews from other platforms, as currently only product-specific reviews can be imported. Nice intuitive platform for reviews.

Doner P helped me within a few minutes, all perfect! Ask to center aligned the star ratings on product pages.

App is easy to set up and works well. We've had a few issues but the support has been great - Radly was especially helpful.
