I've been happily using the free version of Yotpo for several years. Now that I'm rebranding with new colors, I needed a little help getting everything in the widget to display perfectly. Fortunately, Donald answered the other end of the chat. He was extremely attentive to my inquiries and truly went above & beyond to assist me. I'm so glad he was available to help me today. :) Yotpo has AMAZING customer support. You rock, Donald!

24-hour customer service all-round support. Don't worry about whether the plugin will be integrated, leave it to the customer service, and everything can be done. thank you very much!

Overall the app works well - a few minor issues, especially with German language translation, but no deal breaker. Great customer service - especially from Donald U.

Very good and fast customer support! I was able to chat with a knowledgeable and helpful human within 30 seconds of requesting it! Specifically, I was helped by Ronel who was really great (very friendly, very knowledgeable, very efficient).

Not free, but worth the $ imo - their support is fantastic, Should out to Angelo S and others. We recently migrated from WPress to Shop and they made the process seamless and simple.

Nick S. was SO helpful and helped me quickly with my issue. It got resolved so much quicker than I thought and he was very accommodating. It was very easy to upload the files I needed to and I got my problem resolved quickly.

Great customer service, I never had any issues. However, I decided to left yotpo due to the high prices.
