Great app and customer service. I've spoken to almost everyone via chat with some help I needed and always am assisted well. Both yesterday and today for example I was able to sort out questions. Rilu and Orly helped me out and were friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Really lovely way to integrate reviews into your site. Also makes it easy to manage changes on the back end and support is super responsive.

Customer support is what sets Yotpo apart. The service is good, it's fine for most of what you'd ever need. It's the ease of use and customer support that makes this a 5 star product. Appreciate the help Donald and all the others who've helped me get things going.

Today Ethelbert Santos was an absolutely star by guiding me of how to resend a review request to a customer that has rated us wrongly and wanted to amend her review. Again,other super guidance from Ian Christian C. Very helpfull. I just wish that all helplines were like Yotpo's one. Amazing.

Misleading pricing information. Also, to be able to get Google Product Ratings, it's $119/mo for only 250 orders where other platforms offer much less for 1,000+ orders. Unfortunately I'm switching after 3 years of use.

In our first few days using Yotpo reviews, I haven't been able to figure out how to do something twice. (I do think the app could benefit from tool tips, guides, and/or other more instructional info regarding setting up/getting started). Both times I used Yotpo chat and was helped very efficiently and effectively by the customer service team members. I am very pleased with their customer service so far. And I look forward to being able to speak to the rest of the app in the hopefully near future.

I was having trouble with my reviews showing on my site. I finally emailed and received an immediate response from Eunice that the problem was taken care of. I so appreciate the quick response and fix. My time is better spent creating products. Not techy stuff!
