Great customer support. I had issues seeing the widget on an unpublished theme I was working on for our website and Orly not only fixed the issue but also provided details for where the change was made.

I like this app's offerings overall. I had some issues where it was sending review requests automatically before I was able to set up the email header and that was frustrating but besides that mishap, the service is great for a small business and customer service chat line is quick to help

We installed this app after being disappointed with many other applications in Shopify. We are very satisfied with Yotpo applications and its features. The customer service is available 24/7 with knowledge representative. The last time we had an issue Ronel R from customer support helped us in less than 5 minutes. Ronel was very fast and efficient in isolating the problem and solving it. We would 100% recommend this app to everyone for its great customer support.

Absolutely superb customer service. I reached out to Yotpo needing some help with integration. Literally, within less than 10 minutes, Ronel R had our widget and star ratings displayed perfectly on our live site. If you need help, just use the "chat" feature on the bottom-right and hope that you get Ronel R to help you!
