サポートのレスポンスが早く、回答も的確且つ丁寧でとても助かっています。アプリ管理画面も使いやすいです。ただ、管理画面は英語表示のみ、サポートも英語対応のみ、ということでアプリ使用のために英語必須になっている点が残念な点で、今後のアプリの改良に期待を込めて、星4、としています。

James was a huge help! Very patient and was able to fix my issue on the spot during the live chat. He also sent me some reading materials while I was waiting for him to take care of the background coding.

Love this app.The support is fantastic. I just upgraded to the Growth plan and they very kindly installed the review carousel for me which saved me a tonne of time and effort. Would definitely recommend

Yotpo is a great app for collecting and displaying customer reviews, and they have a quick/responsive customer service chat!
