A+ 10/10 app and great customer service. Having a good review system helps us convert more customers on our website, I highly recommend giving this app a try, the Yotpo SMS bump app is a great addition too.

This is an awesome app!! Highly recommend. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and so far we have had very few issues. It's incredibly intuitive to use and integrates very well with shopify Doner was so helpful!! Helped me figure out a solution and it was definitely not the easiest - thank you SO much!!!!! Update: Ronel was SO fast to help me with reviews displaying incorrectly on our site. They resolved my issue in 15 minutes, thank you Ronel!!

Eunice helped me quickly and efficiently solve my issue. I needed to get yotpo re-integrated with my Shopify site and she was able to update the code to make it display again. Very helpful!

We enjoy the Yotpo review app, as well as the super fast support Yotpo provides! Howell was incredibly helpful, and personable when dealing with a question I had, and quickly resolved it for me with great feedback as well!

Eduardo R was very helpful. i am moving my site and answered all my questions and more. Thank you for helping me. For another issue I talked to Orly P and had a great help. Chat works great and all the people on the help desk are very capable. Thank you I also wroked with Doner P today and customer service is outstanding.

Waiting on senior team and email now...actually my case is still not solved...so im reducing this to 2 stars.....i didnt get a promised email from senior level staff to investigate why yotpo didnt have any reviews for a year...im an owner of a small business..i dont have anyone helping me so i do need a wee bit of extra support..havent got it to date...

When I finally got hold of someone the service was very efficient and helpful. I would say though that I had tried to get someone to call me a number of times but no one did!
