There's some parts of the application that can use enhancing. For example, the coupon option to be conditioned to send out only following specific emails. It seems odd that there is not setting for this condition. As well, it would be helpful to have the app pick up on where the customer is in the email request flow. I'm having to manually cross reference the email list to ensure that all customers have received the follow up reminder emails - seems very inefficient. Customer support was amazing though! Keith was very helpful and supported with me with my inquiries on several different occasions. 5 STAR for customer support.

We have been having issues with our reviews posting and updating. I spoke with Ruzel J and he solved my issue quickly and efficiently. He was very patient, and kind and I greatly appreciated his help today!

Yotpo Reviews app is a must have. The feeling of seeing your customer/clients reviews let you know that you’re doing a great job. The support you receive from the team is top notch. Example: I recently updated my theme and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out how to add the app back in. So I send a request for assistance late that night like around 11am. Received an immediate reply back from Manny who jumped right in. I fell asleep shortly after, woke up the following morning to an email saying all fixed. That is what I call TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Thank you Manny for all your help. Never once did they make me feel incompetent. Which I truly appreciated

This chat service is amazing. You don't get automated responses but real help. My rep Eunice helped with all my issues quickly. Highly Recommend this app they are awesome.

This app made it easy to collect reviews for our different products and website. Nick from customer support was very helpful when we wanted to transfer reviews from an old discontinued version of our product to the new version of the product so we wouldn't lose all of our review over the last few years.

Good thing about this app is you'll always find the chat support to be friendly and ready to provide human support unlike bots at most of the places. Eunice thanks for the support :)
