This is a wonderful app to showcase your reviews and also to collect them in the future. Its very easy to get started and user friendly. I did have an issue installing the final stage of the widgets. I reached out to support and not only did they help me, they practically did everything for me, it was so nice as I am not the most tech savvy person. Rein was absolutely incredible, so responsive, and was very patient and held my hand every step of the way. Thanks to Rein, my reviews are all updated and resolved all the technical issues that I encountered along the way. Very pleased and highly recommend Yotpo and especially Rein.

I felt lost as all my review data suddenly disappeared. I used the chat feature and Kenneth John M. patiently helped me. Not only he was courteous, but he resolved the issue within 2 minutes. Thanks!

Wouldn't install on current theme and after giving collaborator access the live chat team installed all widgets and review carousel promptly and perfectly first time. Lydia

Nick was very helpful in answering some questions I had about using this service. It should be more obvious that certain features are not available to certain plans such as the [ESCALATE] email feature on review moderation screen.

Eduardo did an excellent job in helping me import reviews from another app! Very easy to follow and communicate! Also just got help from Nick S! Some script was not on my theme that i needed and he easily added it for me! Very quick and easy!

So far so good. I was having a little bit of a challenge getting all my widgets in place. I reached out through the chat and received a response right away. Radly was very patient and helped me with all of my concerns as well as getting my widgets in place.
