Great app BUT customer service is amazing specially the person i talked with him Radly E. I've spoken to almost everyone before via chat with some help I needed. But today for example I was able to sort out questions. But this guy [[ RADLY E ]] helped me out and were friendly, patient.. Thank You

I just got the app, so I still have to see whether I like it. This 5 star review is for Donald, who helped me get everything set up on my theme... the star rating widget, product review widget, and the review carousel. I'm really pleased with their service. I have a couple integrations to set up still, so I will have to update on that later.

Social Proof is an important aspect that influences anyone's buying decision. I have been using Yotpo for my reviews for a little while now. It has been pretty easy to use anytime I run into an issue someone is always available to help. Today I chatted with Radly E to get my review widget up on my Shopify store, he helped me and got it worked out in no time.

The free plan is very nice, but I didn't use because I can't remove the yotpo icon and the user's name. But it seems easy to use.
