Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Nick was super helpful and awesome! We are very excited to be using Yotpo again, for both reviews and loyalty rewards!

This is our go to review collection app for multiple stores. With automated review requests, a robust free plan, analytics and a fantastic support team there is so much to love about this app. It's easy to set up on your own, but if you can't manage their support staff is always there to help. I've talked with Nick on multiple occasions, and he is always quick to respond and a great problem solver -- a real rarity with Shopify app support!

Had an awesome experience with the support team courtesy of Howell Keith R. He made the required changes quickly and efficiently and showed great patience and consideration.

I'm rating the great service I received from Doner P. It can be hard as a soloprenuer doing everything on your own, so I really appreciate when I am able to get help through Yotpo Support to help me get things fixed, done quickly and correctly! Thanks for your help Doner! Also got great service from Eunice. After getting a bit of a run around from another representative that didn't fix the issue I was having, I luckily got my support ticket assigned to Eunice who was GREAT! She resolved my issue within 24 hours.

Kenneth John M. was of great help! We were able to export all of our Google Reviews and implement it into a carousel on our home page! Great app.

This is a wonderful app to showcase your reviews and also to collect them in the future. Its very easy to get started and user friendly. I did have an issue installing the final stage of the widgets. I reached out to support and not only did they help me, they practically did everything for me, it was so nice as I am not the most tech savvy person. Rein was absolutely incredible, so responsive, and was very patient and held my hand every step of the way. Thanks to Rein, my reviews are all updated and resolved all the technical issues that I encountered along the way. Very pleased and highly recommend Yotpo and especially Rein.

After a few teething problems, I am pleased with the site. A big shout out to Keith Howell, who was really helpful in helping me understand the issues and correct them. The email review requests look professional
