I love the app and how the whole team is helping when there are any questions. Donald U helped me very good with my problems and solved all of them !

Nick was very helpful in answering some questions I had about using this service. It should be more obvious that certain features are not available to certain plans such as the [ESCALATE] email feature on review moderation screen.

Eduardo did an excellent job in helping me import reviews from another app! Very easy to follow and communicate! Also just got help from Nick S! Some script was not on my theme that i needed and he easily added it for me! Very quick and easy!
