The app is great. very user friendly. although i needed the developers help to install it. the only drawback for me was that you cant edit the email look and feel on the free plan. but on the plus side their support is FANTASTIC

Not free, but worth the $ imo - their support is fantastic, Should out to Angelo S and others. We recently migrated from WPress to Shop and they made the process seamless and simple.

Nick S. was SO helpful and helped me quickly with my issue. It got resolved so much quicker than I thought and he was very accommodating. It was very easy to upload the files I needed to and I got my problem resolved quickly.

Great customer service, I never had any issues. However, I decided to left yotpo due to the high prices.

Great app and customer service. I've spoken to almost everyone via chat with some help I needed and always am assisted well. Both yesterday and today for example I was able to sort out questions. Rilu and Orly helped me out and were friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

I'm very happy with the app. It's automatic email feature allows us to easily collect reviews for our product. I also like the star ratings that give more social proof for each product. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful.

Just started using this app, I faced some issues with installing the app into my themes ( I am not the best with these things) I have reached out to the customer service. Their response was so quick, very helpful. They have resolved my issues within few hours. Big Thank you to Donald! Thank you so so much for your help. Professional customer service. I currently use this app and was having a few issues, I reached out to their chat service and Eunice P helped resolve everything in a matter of minutes! I've tried several other reviews apps and yotpo blows them out the water! The absolute best!
