Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I wanted to insert a reviews carousel to our front page. Orly installed it for me in under 20 minutes from me sending an email to support seeing it live. Cannot fault support. Excellent!

I have used Yotpo for some years now and been really happy with it. Wanted to 'throttle up' onto a higher level over our busy period, but then drop back down afterwards as we are highly seasonal. I reached out to customer support and they advised me appropriately. Radly was really helpful, great customer service. Thanks.

Yotpo is our go-to review app for all of our ecommerce websites. With the partnership announcement this year makes Yotpo a no brainer.

Nick S. was really helpful in navigating review requests and did a great job helping me! There are a couple resources I would like adapted to create a better experience. Sending Test emails needs to show what the actual email will look like to customers.

I just started using this app with mixed results. It presents the reviews well on my product pages, but I have customers say that they try and fill out the review request and they get error messages. One couldn't fill in the text box and after submitting review it go a message that said "page not found". It's too bad because they love our product, but I can't badger them to keep trying to fill out the review

Easy to use review system and it looks good. The support for helping me to fix any issues has also been excellent. I would recommend this review app.

First of all, Manny in support team is the best! Cant recommend more! I just got some technical questions as I saw the total rating of the shop in all the products on the collection page. I had followed the trouble shoot but still didn't find a solution. I thought it would take days for the support to assist but the support team is really a top rated team!! Manny in the support team has just helped me via live chat. I didn't even have to wait for someone to come back to me. The team is just there! Manny is very helpful and brilliant. My problem was sorted out remotely. Super happy customer!
