レビューに表示される名前が注文時の氏名の「姓の一文字と、名前」のため、日本人だと注文時の個人情報である本名がほぼ全て表示されることになります。そのため、日本人からのレビューを受ける可能性がある店ではレビュー者の氏名が表示されないようにコードを追加する必要があります。 詳細を調べようと思っても、説明はすべて英語です。 しかし常に担当の方にチャットで問い合わせることができるようになっていて、サポートを受けることができます。慣れないコードのコピーで戸惑っていたところ、丁寧なサポートをしていただき、無事に導入することができました。 チャットが日本語でできるとさらに良いのですが、日本語は全く通じません。でもウェブ翻訳でも理解していただいて、サポートをしていただけます。 Rhenantさん、マークオリバーさん、ありがとうございました。

****Update**** Since we can't review an app more than once I am updating my review to again rave about how helpful the Chat Support is. Lots of places make decent software but the real challenge is what happens when things inevitably don't work quite right. Anytime I've had trouble, chat support has helped me resolve the issue quickly. Most recently, Radly helped me fix a config change that was preventing my review widget from displaying properly. 5/5! I was having difficulty importing our old product reviews. After chatting with Rhenant via live chat for less than 20 minutes I had most of my reviews imported. Rhenant also took the time to show me how to format the rest of my reviews that wouldn't import correctly. Lots of companies provide good review apps but working with a company with good customer service/technical support makes my day so much easier!

Nice app, easy to use and very powerful. Best of all, really handy customer support! We have encountered some problems with comments display, and the support has been patiently helping us throughout the process. We appreacite Kent's help in these days. And luckily everything worked out! And update today, we had wonderful support and help from Allen today, it has helped us much and he is so nice to chat with, always smile and kind, really appreciate, will come back more often!

A great review app, I was able to start managing my reviews without going through long tutorials. The basics are very intuitive. I also had a small configuration issue and within minute their help chat fixed the issue. Great support service. I had to contact for support a second time and there was no wait time, they helped me with a settings issue and I was done in less than 3 minutes. Great service.

Customer Service at Yotpo Reviews is excellent ... they go above and beyond. Annie was prompt, provided screenshots and video of the changes required and even sent the code to use. With this kind of feedback it was easy to fix the issue quickly and easily! Keep up the excellent work Annie and team. Cheers.

The customer service was great. Kenn T was really helpful and patient. However, I do have a complain with yotpo widget. I would like to show all my reviews in combination inside each individual product, this is not possible right now.
