Great & quick customer support! Manny was very helpful. She was able to provide all changes needed very efficiently. Allen at Yotpo was also quick and great at fixing technical issues.

Nick was amazing and very helpful. Quick and helped with just what I needed. I needed to add a reviews carousel to my homepage as well as a badge and he did just that.

Great support - quick to assist when there are issues. I struggle with importing reviews from Cratejoy, because my files somehow omit information when saving to a CSV. Support takes the time to fix and import on my behalf.

The app itself is great, however I did not realise I had to install a widget for the reviews to be visible on my website. When I contacted the support team, I had a quick and efficient response and they sorted this out for me. Fast and great service! Thank you

Kenn was so helpful and answered all my questions quickly and kindly. I used Yotpo for several years and eventually decided it's too expensive for how few customizations you can make. But the customer service is great.
