Although I'm new to Yotpo (Day 1) I just have to say I'm loving it already. I had the pleasure of getting Donald U. on support chat and he helped me for such a long time going above and beyond. He even helped me via video chat fix a glitch in some custom code. I used this app on a previous ecommerce platform and Mark, my Growth Support Hero, helped me remap my old reviews to the new platform and website. He was really helpful and made sure everything looked 10/10 in the end. Really happy to have this app as a part of my website and the support team that is behind it!

Allen Yotpo, did a quick job on removing Yotpo from my webshop. Easy to communicate with and if i dident have to change to another service i would really recommend their customer support. Its great. Happy Easter

I encountered an issue with reviews not showing up in the product section. I chatted with Nick who was extremely helpful in assisting me with the problem. He was able to fix it. I am very happy with the service

We had an issue after installing the app. Mark took care of this and after 24 hours, the issue was solved and we started receiving our first reviews.
