Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We are using this app to send out review emails, and Howell was very helpful answering some questions. Good service!

Although I'm new to Yotpo (Day 1) I just have to say I'm loving it already. I had the pleasure of getting Donald U. on support chat and he helped me for such a long time going above and beyond. He even helped me via video chat fix a glitch in some custom code. I used this app on a previous ecommerce platform and Mark, my Growth Support Hero, helped me remap my old reviews to the new platform and website. Very helpful solved my issues in minutes! Installed the app years ago and have never had any issues until now and it was solved very quickly.

I encountered an issue with reviews not showing up in the product section. I chatted with Nick who was extremely helpful in assisting me with the problem. He was able to fix it. I am very happy with the service

We had an issue after installing the app. Mark took care of this and after 24 hours, the issue was solved and we started receiving our first reviews.
