Amazing service from Ed! Reached out for help with issues on the website and Ed was able to resolve it within minutes. Was planning to go for a paid plan and wanted to try out Yotpo. Based on interactions with Ed, I have no more doubts. Will go for paid plans! Way to go Ed!

I love this!!! It looks so professional for our website and the emails requesting them after purchase are very helpful so we have a steady flow. I had some trouble with the reviews appearing at first and Manny from support was very helpful in guiding me to figure out the settings.

I really love the control I get over messaging and branding with Yotpo. And their customer service is the best. Always prompt and helpful...and easy to reach (which is very unusual these days!).

So far, so good. Customer support has been quick to respond, even though we're currently on the free plan. "Growth" seems a little pricey for the upgrades that it offers, but if we see good engagement and conversions, we might swing for it (as a brand-first business, I can only stand the thought of sending non-customizable reviews emails for so long).
