We are using the paid version of the app to manage our reviews. It works well to manage and moderate content and post helpful reviews from real buyers. An additional bonus is helping incentivize customers to leave real feedback, which results in reoccurring purchasers and shared experiences on our store. Customer service agent Kenneth assisted in resolving a setup challenge I had and all is working well - Thank you.

So far, so good. Been working on collecting manual reviews and setting things up while we move a site to Shopify. Yopto Support team is very responsive and helpful. I've chatted with Orly a few times as well as a few others. Update: just got support from Radly, who was helpful and fast.

The app has been great for our business, and the customer service is excellent when we switched to a new theme and ran into some problems with how the reviews showed. Rinu was great at investigating and finding the problem and corrected it for us right away.

Please don't let this app fool you! The installation is very intrusive and you will leak your store info and your clients names and email! After the installation Safari promoted me that my password had been leaked! Also the setup process is complicated and need to use an external panel to manage! Do yourself a favor and go with the FREE! oficial Shopify reviews widget I installed in 5 minutes and its way! better looking than this one! I regret even submit my store info to this terrible and very lousy developed widget

I needed help uploading CSV files for manual reviews and used the chat function and had Ed help me out and set it all up for me and also then proactively noticed that my website widget wasn't set up so did this on my behalf. really great service. Thanks Ed for your help

YOTPO is a fantastic app to help drive conversions by word of mouth of your very own customers. The thing that sets them apart is their customer service team. While we had issues getting into our account after employee turnover, they stuck by us and got us access. When setting our site up, I easily sent 4 emails a week with questions and customization requests. They were prompt in their responses and helped us get our site looking and performing the exact way we want it. Thank you to Orly, Elven, and Doner for all your help!
