I've been using this app for a few months. I mostly chose Yotpo because they were the cheapest option that is also verified by Google. I wish they offered the Google Seller Ratings & Google Shopping Ads in the Growth plan.

UPDATE: Once again, fantastic, personable, instant help/service & support from the Yotpo live chat agent (Eunice this time). Just can't fault them. I've used Yotpo for a few years, and when I moved my shop from GoDaddy to Shopify, my non-techy, non-spread-sheety brain REALLY struggled to migrate my reviews and get my Yotpo properly set up for nobookswereharmed.co.uk I reached out to Yotpo's live chat service, and can't express how helpful and patient every single Yotpo representative was. It took a number of weeks, dozens of live chats and a silly number of emails to get the problems (caused by me!) sorted, and all the way through, staff remained polite, helpful and empathetic, and even though they and I all knew it was all MY fault, no one ever expressed exasperation with me. Reviews are SO important to instill confidence in potential new customers, especially for a tiny business such as mine, and I'd have been so upset if I'd had to lose 6/7 years of glowing reviews. Can't recommend Yotpo enough, and THANK YOU again to any staff who read this review ♥

Customer support is extraordinary, have not met any livechat support as exceptional as Yotpo's. Helped migrate Yotpo into our new Shopify theme manually while on the livechat.

Their customer support is really fast and friendly, and every time i need something they're happy to walk me through the steps. The free version is good on its own, but I can definitely see the value in upgrading.

Customer Service is fast, friendly, and responsive. Anne helped me solve a problem in no time flat. Integration with the site is easy if you have some coding experience, otherwise, you may need some assistance, but once loaded, works very well.

The app works pretty well for Product Reviews, as well as for SEO. Plus, support is just great, they reply quickly and help you with custom integrations. In less than 30 min we had everything where we wanted without touching the code ourselves.

Love how this app collects and harvest reviews, it's very complete! Best of all their customer support is top level. I contacted the yotpo support and they helped me faster than any other customer support from other apps! Thank you Elven...where ever you are...!

I previously used a different app to collect reviews. Almost immediately with switching to Yopto, I started getting more responses. When I contacted Support to connect my reviews to my Facebook page, Junalou quickly helped with all my questions - and she even showed me some tricks that I was missing to make the widget even more effective on my site. I appreciate the "above & beyond" effort!

Don't be inticed by their free plan or low priced plan. The moment you will have more sales , you are in trouble with yotpo. We were early yotpo clients for almost 4 years. Then they decided to raise their prices x10 and they removed us from their plan without any hesitation. They didn't grandfather our plan , just removed our plan and offered to pay $800 for the same functionality we had for $35. There are very good alternatives here for reviews. Don't use them.

We love Yotpo for our store reviews. Every time I've reached out for help on the chat I've had great service. Junalou and Ronel were very helpful in figuring out some issues we had. I highly recommend the app.
