Junalou was great at assisting me with adding code to my site. I appreciate the clear communication and how quickly I was assisted.

I use it to collect reviews and it's been really good! Customer service has been prompt and so helpful when I had questions or needed help. highly recommend!

I needed help using a feature so I contacted Yopto support using the chat. I received a quick response from Mark and he was very knowledgable & courteous! Mark resolved my issue efficiently and I was able to get right back to business in a timely manner. Great product & excellent customer service!

This app is very easy to use and super responsive when you have a question! I chatted with an agent (Jo Lorenz) and they were very quick to answer my question and fix that issue that I wanted changing! I really appreciate when you can reach someone quickly and YOTPO did that fo me!

I love being able to sync photos from Instagram and having them appear on the product pages! I was having some issues getting them to appear for new products but Junalou was a big help and assisted me with the issue in a timely manner.

Im a fan! Although I wish the premium offerings were more affordable, you can not go wrong with this App or the people behind the brand. The app is a must have for your products rating. Among other features, it loads fast, and pushes the reviews to your site and your social media channels. The support is quick and effective. We installed it a few days ago. So far everything is exceeding expectations. Customer Service is one of the best we have encounter through many apps and years using shopify apps. We read some reviews about costs and we were a bit careful, but if you also do your homework and actually read and try to learn how to set up the app, you will find out it is incredibly helpful and you can spend only what you want to spend. Again, customer service is great, so do not hesitate to contact them. We are happy! Special thanks to Kate who was super helpful. She went above and beyond. Also, we recently experienced some troubles with the new Premium account. However we were happy that the technical support was very helpful. Specially James.
