Yotpo: Product Reviews App

The customer service was SO helpful! I haven't had any experience yet with the app, as we just downloaded it today. But the support agent I talked to was so helpful. I definitely am excited to use this program.

Eunice was so helpful in answering my questions and helping me streamline this process. Couldn't have been happier with her assistance!

Doner P was very helpful in my chat with him, and we enjoy Yotpo for collecting both product and site reviews.

We are just getting started with it, but had a lot of help installing the widget and customer service was excellent.

Eunice was great. We were making sure my new branding profile photo was working on my auto review request email. We also made sure I was able to choose from all my products under promoted products.

Manny was great. He helped so much that I am planning to upgrade my plan. Keep it up. He did more than what he was supposed to do

This is a great app, I love to see reviews come in. My customers get an email asking for reviews. Customer service is great at helping with installation issues.

Just started the install process, but really blown away by the chat support from Mary Ann! She was VERY patient and helpful in assisting me with all the set up. Can't wait to get this bad boy live!!

Excellent. I had fantastic help from Manny to get the app set up and running in my store. He installed the widgets for me, which would have been huge stumbling block for me otherwise. I'm really impressed with the level of customer service which has been above and beyond. Now to just wait for all those 5* reviews to come rolling in!!

Yotpo was great, but had to remove the app because my theme has change and has a reviewer that's more custom to it. Daniel was great in getting me my CSV to transfer over to my new theme. This is a great company and their app is AMAZING!! much success to you! Update: Yotpo is one of the best review Apps out there. There customer service is prompt. Manny just helped me with my reviews. I didn't realize I made a change that would affect the viewing of my reviews and Manny resolved it. Great service.. very happy!!! So far so good with this review app. I like they will be expanding with more options. So far, this app is for all merchants to show case their reviews. I recently update my theme and thought I lost the reviews, but it's still held for you by Yotpo.

I was probably the most annoying customer ever and needed the Yotpo team to make adjustments to my Shopify theme. They were patient and made things appear exactly as I needed to.

The App does everything I need for my Onlineshop and even if I have special wishes concerning the functionality or the layout the Yotpo support, like Manny, is always there to help me in a quick and very friendly way. Today Allant M. was very helpful and quick in moving the review bar on my homepage. Such a great and really helpful support! My full five stars recommendation! Today another request was solved very quickly by Nick. :-) John G. helped in October 2023. He did a great and quick job updating all widgets on my site. Very positive communication! Fully recommended :-) 5 stars!
