These guys are amazing. I was looking to hire someone to help with implementation but the guy in the chatbox is ready to roll and help get everything set up. If you don't have YOTPO installed on your shopify store you are missing out.

I contacted Yotpo customer service chat because I was having problems seeing my reviews and star ratings on my website. Ronel the customer service rep helped me installed the proper widgets on my website and within minutes I was able to see the reviews and star ratings.

Customer service was truly world class. My reviews stopped working due to a shopify update. My man Ronel had it fixed within the hour.

Great app and great support! <3 i wanted to change the language from english into german an ed helped me very quick Happy, Ronel and Jeorge helped me to integrate some things. Everything is perfect Also Eunice helped me to find the review carousel code. He is also very patient and explained everything very clearly! Mark Oliver helped me to delete something on my product page. He is also very kind.
