Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I love this app! It works great. It is solid and possibly the most professional app I use. The layout of the account pages is a little strange in where things are located, but customers never see that. Other thing, It is hard for me to upgrade beyond the free plan. Free does what I need. I can't quite justify the jump from free to 19 dollars for benefits my store doesn't really need... then to pay way more just to send more automatic reviews. That's my feedback to yotpo.

I really do love this app, it streamlines the entire "social proof" process. It's not always easy or comfortable to track down customers for reviews so I love that it's automated. I recently switched my theme and it wasn't fully compatible with this app without additional help. Manny was really helpful and updated my code for me which made the process significantly easier. Definitely worth the investment!

I love how responsive Mary Ann was in helping me ensure the code was installed properly after changing out the theme on my website. I'm already bogged down with other tasks and I appreciate not having to waste hours trying to figure out any coding issues. Anne at customer service was extremely helpful setting me up and making sure I completed the steps correctly. I hope that this app is perfect in communicating with customers for my reviews! Plan on upgrading if all goes well to unlock additional features. Junalou was a big help with helping install the app to my current shopify theme. Went above and beyond to ensure it was set it correctly. Great service and communication.

I needed some help today with adding my reviews to Facebook Junalou was fabulous he took charge and knew exactly what to do in order to be able to complete the task, great service and great knowledge thank you so much. You saved me getting frustrated :)

Lemuel was super helpful! I had trouble with importing reviews but he was able to take a look at my file and manually fill in the information I was missing.

I just upgraded my yotpo subscription and was having a few issues installing the widgets, Mary Ann helped me through it step by step on the customer service chat and resolved everything. Thanks - great app and customer service

Ridiculously overpriced. $400 / month just to be able to integrate with google shopping (regardless of how many orders). I wish i had known this before getting set up with free version. Don't mind paying but the cost is way too much compared to good alternatives. Now need to switch. Wish i had read the reviews prior.

It’s been about three weeks trying to get the reviews to my website imported and the representative stayed in contact every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and patient. The customer service is great and I’ve had this app for about a year.

The customer service is great! - Allen, Kenneth, Manny, and Joian Z were so helpful! The dashboard is user-friendly, and the color customizations are perfect to keep the app on brand with our site.

I was very nicely assisted today to help me improve the look of our automatic review emails. Very helpful!

Absolutely great and swift assistance by their service team! Haven't had the app long enough to see any results but it's features are just what we are looking for! Got great help from Anne again with installing the widgets correctly for our new theme.

Brilliant app and support. Everytime I have needed an issue fixing they do it almost immediately! Excellent app. Eleen in particular has been a great help.
