Absolutely great and swift assistance by their service team! Haven't had the app long enough to see any results but it's features are just what we are looking for! Got great help from Anne again with installing the widgets correctly for our new theme.

Brilliant app and support. Everytime I have needed an issue fixing they do it almost immediately! Excellent app. Eleen in particular has been a great help.

YotPo is great and the customer service is even better. We've integrated the reviews into our site with star ratings, reviews, etc. Once we got everything set up (which was easy and customer service helps with any questions), we set automated emails and the reviews have just been flooding in.. Also a little shout out to Nick S who held my hand through all my questions and got our reviews exactly where we wanted them!

I spoke with Daniel today and he went above and beyond to help me. It took over 2 hours to get everything the way I wanted it and he did it all. I would highly recommend them and not use anyone else. Ty,,,TY,,,TY,,, I needed some things tweaked a little and they were so helpful with making it look the way I wanted. Love the look! TY :) They were such a great help! Yotpo is easy and great to work with. Everything you need out of the box to help you start collecting reviews quickly. Best of all, the email template is simple and beautiful, and the ease for reviewers to leave a review is just simple. Working with their customer service support is awesome. Whether it is asking a question about their product or importing your reviews when you're switching ecomm platform, they will go beyond to help you out. Recently a client of ours migrated from BigCommerce to Shopify and our reviews was mappped incorrectly during the migration. Working with Eleen from Yotpo, she was able to help us update the mapping of our reviews.

Love the app and customer service has been amazing! Whenever we have any issues they respond in a timely manner and are extremely hands on with whatever they're doing. This app has been invaluable to us as social proof for our customers.

Everything about Yotpo is good, but it's a bit pricey. They have great CS/live chat help when needed, and all their features are amazing for reviews but also SEO.

So far, so good. Was easy to setup the automatic review request emails with my branding and adjust the language how I wanted. Had an issue with getting the app to email past orders but Junalou talked with me for well over 30-minutes to help determine it was a backend issue and Yotpo had it fixed by the next day!

We are using the YOTPO app and it works extremely well, then we linked the reviews to our Facebook account and the customer service was above and beyond, as well as extremely patient with this non techie person.

Well functioning app. Customer service goes above and beyond what I could have asked for. Issues were delt with right away and they even helped me fine tune the theme so that the widget was easier to see.

This was really easy to set up and start using and the results are great. I had one slight issue which was resolved very quickly on the help chat with Manny who was extremely helpful. A great experience in all, would recommend. Update: just had another query and Sheen was able to help me very quickly.
