I have been using Yotpo for some time and today I purchased the growth plan to install the reviews carousel widget. At first I found that yotpo website does not show detailed information on how to install the widget on my shopify theme. However, then I turned to yotpo support chat and the person helping me was just awesome. The yotpo staff looked deeply into my request, changing, editing, double checking everything after my request. I am very satisfied with the customer support. Also, the growth plan cost is lower if your monthly order count is less, which is also a good point for attracting customers. Thumbs up!

I love this app, the support was amazing and i am happy that they give us the option to put the code manually, which helped me know exactly where the app codes are on which page and where they are on the page. Another great option is the SEO page that not every app offers it.

The app is great, but even greater is the customer service. I used the help bubble to ask a question and the assistant not only told me it was possible but went on to fix the issue for me along with some coding he changed to optimise my website, just because he noticed it could be better. Amazing! 10/10 service.

Yopto is the BEST! I was super stressed because I decided to switch platforms I was currently using Godaddy and decided to switch to Shopify and I needy my reviews imported to my Shopify store. When I say Rilu from yotpo made everything so easy was very patient with me and also responded back and got my reviews on my Shopify store in a timely manner. THANK YOU YOTPO YOUR BEST !! It's a great app to collect reviews, show star-ratings on store and on Google search, Google shopping and we are very happy using it. It also has a great feature to group products so that it can share the same reviews. We needed some help to be sure the reviews are shared across grouped products and John B. was very quick to get back and helpful. Thanks!

This app helps provide my potential customers with the confidence they need to click the buy button. Also, in regards to customer service, SO fast and SO nice and knowledgable. Ronel not only explained to me how to fix the issue I was having, but walked me step by step in easy terms to help me fix the code on my site. Thank you! Rhenant, on a separate issue, solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. I had another customer service rep that I was on chat with for hours with no resolution.
