This is a very poor app. Not so much when it comes to features but in order to access the features, even some basic ones, you need to upgrade. We were paying $299 per month. It was not worth it. We found a more affordable app that offers a lot more things at $15 than what Yotpo did at $299. Customer service is ok, but again the app we use now has a much better one. We did not feel that it actually generated more reviews than the previous app we had on store. Basically we feel more cheated than benefited, mainly due to the pricing model. Very poor. Not worth it. We also had issues with the right reviews sittig on the right pages. When we changed theme reviews got mixed and we lost some. Had to go to the previous theme to find them.

This app helps to gain more reviews from every channel and the customer service responses pretty fast. I just talked to Mark recently and he's very helpful.

The customer service team is so helpful! My last experience with Nick was superb! he helped me with every single question. Would definitely recommend!

This app is awesome! exactly what I was looking for in my store reviews. Also, I needed help after changing my theme with adding the star review to the top of the product page and WARLY helped and did it within 5 minutes! Amazing customer support! Thank you YOTPO. Highly recommend this app!

Great App, i recommend using it. Support Agent Manny was very kind and generous to assist me for literally an hour.

I am new to yotpo but will say their customer service is excellent. The chat box was quick. This is a big deal as a lot of apps do not have good support and I have wasted time and money of not so great apps.

Customer service is terrible and the app is not performing well. The guidelines are unclear and Customer Service further confuses customers. For the majority of them, are not familiar with their company policies and have language barriers I think. They are super slow and just send out links to clients for you to get by. Becarefull, you might lose money dealing with them, time and energy. They are not helpful at all. I'am not talking about one experience, most of their agents offer poor customers service. Something smell fishy with them. There is no transparency, they are hiding information to people.

Orly is an angel! Most of the issues were fixed within an hour or so... thank you! :-) There are few issues which will have it fixed later on.

The customer support is excellent. They emailed me back about a problem importing reviews within 15 min and continued to be helpful until we figured out what had gone wrong. Very happy with the service

Eunice was a guru in helping me. App is really great and has great support features. Shame it is very pricey for upgrade to get some pretty basic stuff.

The best I've experienced from a Shopify app vendor. Great support and features! Very pleased!! :) I worked with Elven and Noren,we wanted to make sure our settings were correct and get a better review display.
